Dear players, first of all: what are our goals with Blixa for you?

We want to provide you with a fair, enjoyable and fun gaming experience and share with you a space that surrounds us all but often seems out of reach. This space, besides playing levels, is also open to your creative side, a space where you can build levels yourself using the editor and share them with others.

We take the protection of your privacy and your personal data very seriously.

We do not collect any personal data for the Blixa app. Data collected, for example for levels created by the player, relates only to the device or device ID used.

Our games are made available during their development and may therefore contain errors and bugs.

Video and audio recordings as well as screenshots are welcome to be made and distributed e.g. in blogs, podcasts, tutorials, etc.

We maintain an open, honest and trusting relationship and we hope that you will show us the same respect.

Please read, print and save a copy of these Terms and Conditions, no copy will be saved for you.

User rules for the game and editor:

How the games works is explained at the beginning of the game and is later to be figured out by the player. There is no right to the functioning of the game.

There is no right to publish the levels created by the user. We reserve the right to modify or delete published levels. The designer grants us the right to use each level without restriction in new episodes and user level lists created by us. For this purpose, each level may be modified by us with regard to level design and level name. There is also no right to name the designer.

You agree that you will not name the levels you create in a manner that is abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, libelous, racist, sexually or religiously offensive or otherwise objectionable.

You agree that you will not use the game editor to write any text that is abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory, libelous, racist, sexually or religiously offensive or otherwise objectionable.

You agree that you will not interrupt, disrupt or otherwise adversely affect the normal operation of our game in a way that adversely affects the experience of other users when using the game.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the blocking or deletion of the respective accesses.

Further rules of conduct:

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, directly or indirectly, use chat, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or other software to interfere with and modify our services.

You agree that you will not interfere with or overload any computer or server that our game requires or support in the event of a disruption or overload.

Disclaimer

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in this game in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7 Para.1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognisable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. The content and works created by the game operators in this game are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the creator. The installation package may not be decompiled, reused or modified. Insofar as the content in this game was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
